If it wasn't for the Tracker my husband would have collapsed on the floor. Was sitting in corridor for long time, Tracker got pain relieve from dr and to see him and moved patient to get my husband a bed. She was brilliant. Many thanks to her. Didn't catch her name.

Came in with headache and a young dr came to see me, the nurse said his name was Syed, he had a very bad smell about him, not very nice. The nurses and other staff are brilliant at what they do.
